At this stage, we assist your family with setting up video calls or trial hours with the selected candidates. We guide you through the interview process, help you understand market rates, and recommend the best agreement terms based on your needs. Once a final candidate is chosen, we handle the background check to ensure a safe and smooth hiring experience.

Long-Term Nanny Placement
